Getting ready to re-analyse mink brains

2 03 2016

This is from Maria, sent to me while I was in the UK 2-3 weeks ago (I’m very behind with posts due to jet lag, then a cold, then a rash of migraines). She was getting ready to re-analyse some mink brains, mustering together the CO-stained sections (from Mark Lewis) of the brains of our “mate choice” males; the e-mailed comments and help we’d had from researchers who work on ferret brains; and the useful cat atlas we’d found. This was all with a view to assessing CO-staining in these animals’ nuclei accumbens (if that’s the plural), inspired by Danielle’s nice mouse result.
