Three-strains poster for CALAS

11 06 2016

Posters at conferences are pretty terrible ways to convey info. I think – the reader tries to read as best they can at speed, while the author stands there trying to look nonchalant … really not great for anyone. But I do love the product itself, and especially the ‘mini-leaflet’ handouts for people to take home.

Yesterday I finished one for CALAS on our split-plot design work, and while it’s not super-readable as poster, as a take home one-pager it’s way, way more colourful and readable than the full BMC paper. Hoping it makes a difference…
